How does the Bonus Voucher work?
The Bonus Voucher is a rewards program from the CRMbonus group that allows you to save when buying. Customers of large companies such as Vivo, SafraPay and St Marche — our issuer partners — receive digital credits to use as part of the payment at thousands of stores, restaurants and products, such as Adidas, Aramis, Pizza Hut, Movida, Vivara, Kopenhagen and more.
Where is the Bonus Voucher accepted?
The Bonus Voucher is accepted exclusively on the app. With it, you pay part of the offers offered by the establishments on the Vale Bonus app. To find out which stores, restaurants, and services are offering deals, explore the app's categories or search the search field
Can I redeem or convert Vale Bonus into reais (R$)?
No. In practice, the Bonus Voucher works as a digital utility currency - accepted solely and exclusively within the Vale Bonus app - to be used as part of the payment for a purchase in stores, restaurants and experiences.
How long are my Bonus Vouchers valid for?
For customers who received a Bonus Voucher but have not yet registered on the app, there is a period of 45 days to complete the registration. After this period, the amount of the Bonus Voucher will be automatically debited. As for registered customers, the Bonus Voucher is valid for 180 days to be fully used. If the credits are not used within that period, the corresponding amount will be debited after 180 days. It should be noted that the bonuses redeemed in offers and promotions have a definite validity after the exchange with one of our partners.
What are the types of bonuses generated in the app?
At most physical stores that partner with Bonus Vouchers, simply enter your cell phone number to take advantage of your bonus or present the coupon generated in the app when exchanging your Bonus Vouchers.
Bonuses for use in e-commerce
In the case of online stores (e-commerce), you can receive the bonus in three ways: in the form of a coupon, in the form of a link or a PIN code to be used on the site in question before finalizing the purchase.
